Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Bangalore and the charges will be considerably higher than usual.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Bioconverge ships to addresses within Bangalore both Urban and rural APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes


Bioconverge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Bioconverge will replace the products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery executive immediately. Complaints received later will not be considered.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

No-returns category: We regret to inform you that returns are not available on most of our perishable products. As we ensure bringing fresh produce to your door, there will be least possibilities of receiving a damaged product. Other parameters can be examined and reported immediately to our delivery executives when you receive the  product.


Inspite of utmost care taken, if you receive such products we will replace the product in upcoming delivery but refund of your money is oddly not the feasible option. However refunds are available when you cancel the order before it reaches your doorstep and not later.  


As stated early, if the product is stated perishable (fresh fruits, vegetables, milk, meat etc.) we humbly apologize as returns and refunds aren't available for them. Kindly read the store policy before any purchase and delivery.
